Returns

We operate a 30 day returns policy. This means that you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request and return the plant to us to qualify for a full refund.

Items that are sent back to us without a return being requested first will not be accepted.

Starting a Return

In the event that you experience an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team by email within 7 days of receiving your order.

We politely request that you advise your order number, full name and a few photos that clearly illustrate the damage to the plant.

Our team will then review these details. If your return is approved by our team and it is agreed that the issue is caused by a mistake on our part, we will cover the cost of returning your package and issue you a full refund upon its return.

Refunds can take up to 7 working days to show in your bank account after being processed.

If we determine that your plant is healthy and you still wish to return it, you will be responsible for the postage costs.

To qualify for a return, the item must be returned to us in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. It should not have been used. A receipt or proof of purchase should also accompany the returned item(s).

Exclusions from our Return Policy

Accepting replacement items is not included in our return policy. If you would prefer a replacement item, we will arrange for a plant to returned to us and provide you with a full refund.

If you require a replacement item, this must be placed as a new order.

We are unable to accept a claim or a return if customers have re-potted, pruned or removed plants from their original pots.

Plants are a manifestation of the natural world and consequently will display consistent natural variations in colour, shape and markings. Our return policy excludes natural variations and flaws that occur naturally.

We cannot accept responsibility for mishandling of products by customers. Our customer is responsible for ensuring they familiarise themselves with the care instructions for the products they purchase.

We cannot accept responsibility for the quality of plants in the event of a missed delivery that is caused by customer error or incorrect details or addresses that were provided at the time of the order being placed.

Where a parcel is left in an outdoor setting by Royal Mail or DPD at the request of the customer, the order is not covered by our returns policy.
