Where in the UK do we deliver?

We can deliver our plants to most UK mainland addresses. We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands. If you have any queries, please contact us before you order via email.

What courier will my order be delivered with?

We use a selection of different couriers, including, but not limited to, DPD and Royal Mail.

How quickly do you deliver?

We keep stock on hand all the time meaning we can despatch most orders the very same day (up until our despatch cut off time).

We offer a selection of delivery options including 1 day delivery. The delivery timescale will be dependent on the delivery service you choose, and the couriers estimated delivery timeframe.

We aim to despatch your order within 1 working day.

Where is my order?

We aim to deliver within two working days, but it can be longer in peak periods. We ask you to wait three days to be safe. If your order has not arrived after three working days, please contact us on the fourth day by email and we will locate it.

What should I do if the plant does not meet my expectations?

If you are unhappy with the quality of any of the items you have received, please email your concerns to info@partysavesmile.co.uk along with supporting photos, and we will respond as soon as possible.

Will I get an email to confirm my order?

Yes, we provide an email order confirmation if you provided us with an email address when you placed your order. You will also be notified via email when your order has been shipped and most couriers will continue to keep you updated with the progress of your order when it is in their network using the details you provide.

Can I cancel, amend, or add to an order?

It is not possible to make changes to an online order via your account. If you need to make any changes, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us, and let us know which items you want to cancel and whether you want a refund or credit for a future order.

If you want to add something to your order, we can do that for you. Unfortunately, we do not store credit card information to add extra items. We will need to send an electronic invoice for the cost of the additional items. In order to do this, please email us with your order number and the product number(s) of the item(s) you’d like to add, and we will do our best to assist you. Please be understanding that it might not be possible to add to an existing order, for example when an order has been packaged or despatched. In the circumstances a new separate order would need to be made.

How do I set up an account?

Our website makes it easy to create and manage an account all in one place! Click ‘Login’ at the top right of the page to sign up as a new customer by clicking ‘Create an account here’ – simply enter your information and click ‘Save customer.’ You can view your details and order history once you’ve logged in.

Will my plants be ok in boxes if they are delayed in transit?

Our plants and seedlings are grown by experts in the industry, and they are delivered to you at the optimal stage of development that ensures they are safe to be transported and will continue to grow after delivery.

As plants are live items, they must be shipped when our team deem them ready, and we regret that we are unable to accept requests to hold them for shipment on or after specific dates.

What is your guarantee?

We aim to provide you with excellent quality plants delivered on time. We source our plants from experts in the field and our suppliers produce millions of pot plants every year and grow plants to the highest standards.

Most of our plants are UK grown, meaning that we can deliver your plant with the smallest carbon footprint possible per plant.

How do I check the status of my return?

To qualify for a refund your product will need to be returned to Unit 16 The Courtyard, Stenson Road, Coalville, Leicestershire, LE67 4JP.

We’ll contact you after we’ve received the package and issue a refund. We kindly ask you to please return the plant in the same condition as it was received.
