Poor suffocated plant

Could not believe the condition in which this was delivered. The poor leaves were tied up with rubber bands inside a plastic bag - half its leaves had been lopped off because the elastic was so tight.

Will not order from this company again. Have ordered plant delivery from other online stores with much more success.
