Collection: Miscanthus Maiden Grass

Miscanthus, often called maiden grass or Chinese silver grass, is one of the most popular ornamental grasses. It forms elegant clumps of arching leaves topped with silky plumes from late summer into autumn.

Plant in a sunny spot in most well-drained soils. Leave the foliage standing over winter for structure and frosty interest, then cut back in late winter before new growth begins.
