Red Heart Arrowhead Plant

The Syngonium Pixie is a fast growing Syngonium with white hearts on green leaves. A hybrid plant that is created for its bright leaf colours and easy growth. The Syngonium Pixie is also know as the Butterfly plant or an Arrowhead plant due to the shape of the leaves resembling that of arrowheads.

Young plants have the leaves that start out as heart-shaped and gradually over time, they become arrow-shaped as the plant matures. The Syngonium's leaves are a dark green shade with silver-white or creamy colouring, which makes them a decorative and popular houseplant.

As a vining plant they make the perfect trailing plant, perfect for a hanging basket or as a climber, trained to grow up a moss pole.

Care
The Syngonium Pixie does well in low to medium light and thrive in bright, indirect light. They do not like being exposed to direct sunlight. The soil should be kept slightly moist in spring and summer and a little drier in autumn and winter. The Pixie prefers a high humidity, so water moderately during the growing season and spray its leaves. The watering can be reduced during the colder months, however, do not let the soil dry out completely.

Size
The plants have a height of 25-40cm upon delivery, measured including the nursery pot. The plants are supplied in a nursery pot with a diameter of 12cm.
