Bring style and colour into your home with the Phalaenopsis Multiflora set, consisting of three elegant orchids with white, pink and purple flowers. These refined moth orchids, also known as moon orchids, symbolise elegance and natural beauty. The plants come in three handmade woven baskets that give each set a unique character. Because the baskets are crafted by hand, slight variations in colour or pattern may occur, adding to their authentic charm. Originally from the tropical rainforests of Southeast Asia, the Philippines and Australia, the Phalaenopsis is known for its long flowering period of up to three months and its ability to produce multiple flower stems each year. A stylish eye-catcher and a perfect gift for any plant lover.
Care
The Phalaenopsis prefers a minimum night temperature of 16°C and a maximum daytime temperature of 32°C. The ideal daytime temperature is between 20 and 22°C. Place the orchid in a bright spot, but out of direct sunlight, especially during the summer months. Are the leaves turning yellow? The plant is probably getting too much sun. Dropping flower buds or dark green leaves, on the other hand, indicate a lack of light. Do not pour water into the centre of the plant, but onto the soil in the pot. Even better, submerge the pot in water for about a minute – this allows the orchid to go up to seven days without watering. Use special orchid soil for best results.
Size
The plants have a height of 35-45cm upon delivery, measured including the basket. They are delivered in decorative woven baskets with a diameter of 12cm.
