Alocasia 'Pride of Curup' is a striking tropical aroid believed to originate from the rainforests of Sumatra, particularly around the town of Curup, which inspired its name. Growing naturally on the shaded forest floor in warm, humid conditions, it developed the dramatic foliage it’s now known for — deep green arrow-shaped leaves with bold veins and rich purple undersides.
