Crassula ovata 'Minor' is a compact cultivar of the classic jade plant, native to the arid regions of South Africa. A smaller-growing form of Crassula ovata, it features dense clusters of fleshy, deep green leaves and develops a thick, woody trunk over time. Like other jade varieties, it evolved in dry, rocky habitats and is well adapted to storing water in its leaves. Its naturally compact size and tree-like structure have made it a popular ornamental succulent for indoor cultivation worldwide.

Growing & Care

Bright warm spot with some direct sunlight. Water when soil is completely dry. No humidity. A balanced houseplant fertiliser. Left to grow, expect a spread of Up to 25 to 50 cm wide and a height of Up to 50 to 75 cm tall with time.
