Meet the Portulacaria afra variegata (Elephant Bush)

Portulacaria afra ‘Variegata’ is a colourful variegated form of the Elephant Bush, a succulent shrub native to South Africa. It features small, fleshy leaves marbled in shades of green and creamy white, often flushed with pink along the edges in bright light. Like the species, it naturally grows in arid regions where it forms dense thickets and stores water in its leaves and stems. Its compact growth habit and drought tolerance make it an excellent low-maintenance houseplant.
