Meet the Sansevieria trifasciata 'Black Diamond' (Snake Plant)

Sansevieria trifasciata ‘Black Diamond’ is a striking cultivar of the Snake Plant, originating from species native to the dry regions of West Africa. It is admired for its deep green to almost black upright leaves, highlighted by contrasting lighter edges and subtle banding. Like other Sansevierias, it is highly drought tolerant, storing water within its thick leaves and thriving with minimal attention. Its dramatic colouring and architectural form make it an excellent choice for contemporary interiors.
